Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu đã đề xuất bộ chỉ số đánh giá kết quả bảo vệ môi trường (Environmental Key Performance Index - EKPI) cho hoạt động dầu khí ngoài khơi và hoạt động dầu khí trên bờ phù hợp với các quy định của quốc tế và Việt Nam. Bộ chỉ số EKPI là công cụ để các doanh nghiệp dầu khí tại Việt Nam đánh giá và đo lường kết quả hoạt động bảo vệ môi trường và phát triển bền vững. Thông qua kết quả đánh giá chỉ số EKPI, các doanh nghiệp sẽ tìm ra các giải pháp nâng cao chất lượng trong công tác quản lý chất thải, sử dụng hiệu quả năng lượng và tài nguyên, tiết kiệm chi phí quản lý vận hành; đồng thời theo dõi xu hướng phát triển của doanh nghiệp gắn liền với mục tiêu bảo vệ môi trường và phát triển bền vững.

Abstract

The study has proposed an Environmental Key Performance Index (EKPI) for offshore and onshore oil and gas activities in compliance with international and Vietnamese regulations. This EKPI will serve as a tool for oil and gas companies in Vietnam to evaluate and measure their environmental protection performance and sustainable development. Through the EKPI evaluation results, companies will find solutions to improve quality in waste management, strive for efficient use of energy and resources, and save operating costs; at the same time monitor the development trend of the companies in linkage with environmental protection and sustainable development goals.
