January 25, 2019, the first oil of Ca Tam Oil Field in Block 09-3/12 was produced from CTC1-WHP platform at the rate of 1,630 metric tons per day. The project is jointly developed by Vietsovpetro, PetroVietnam Exploration Production Corp (PVEP) and Bitexco Group.

(Nov 21th, 2018) PetroVietnam (PVN), PVGas and Premier Oil Tuna B.V (POT) have entered into an assignment contract at Premier Oil’s headquarter in Indonesia for the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on gas supply from Tuna Block, Indonesia to Vietnam.
