Mr. Tran Quang Dung, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of Communication and Corporate Affairs of Petrovietnam, represented PVN to receive the honor as Vietnam's Most Profitable Enterprise 2018.

Mr. Tran Quang Dung, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of Communication and Corporate Affairs of PetroVietnam has represented PVN to receive the honor as Vietnam's Most Profitable Company among the top five leading companies, followed by Viettel Group, Samsung Electronics Vietnam Ltd., Honda Vietnam Corporation and PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV GAS). The next five spots were awarded to Vinamilk, Vietcombank, Hoa Phat Group, VietinBank and Vingroup.

Vietnam Report emphasized that those companies are leading enterprises in terms of financial results, high profitability and will potentially become pillars of future economic development of Vietnam. The ranking list was created to strengthen enterprises' prestige and brand, attract more resources and access new business opportunities resulted from building the trust of partners to enhance their competitiveness and sustainable development in deepening economic integration context..

PV Gas leaders received the honor from the Organizing Committee.

In the first 10 months of 2018, PVN reported a completion and exceeded production targets of 3.3% to 14.3%.

Especially, PVN has also fulfilled its state budget contribution for the whole year 2018 target, of which VND 90.9 thousand billion for 10 months period, exceeding 23.2%. Total revenue of the Group reached VND 499.5 trillion, exceeding 21.1% compared to planing in 10 months, up 23.6% over the same period in 2017. The above success was attributed to the high determination, proactive solutions with the aggressive leadership, solidarity and high efforts of all staffs and the recovery of crude oil price.
