ADIPEC is the major international conference and exhibition of the oil and gas industry, which has been held annually by the UAE since 1984. PetroVietnam delegation worked with Mr. Mansoor Al Hamad - Mubadala Petroleum Development Director
In the framework of the forum, Mr. Phan Ngoc Trung and Petrovietnam delegation had meetings and worked with UAE Energy and Industry Minister Suhail Al Mazrouei, leaders of Mubadal Investment Group and ADNOC National Petroleum Company to update information on cooperation between UAE and Vietnam in general as well as the situation of cooperation with Petrovietnam. Mubadala leaders wanted to continue overcoming current difficulties and start expanding investment activities, officially deploying oil and gas activities in Vietnam, while ADNOC said that they were continuing to work with Petrovietnam/BSR on the opportunity to supply crude oil for Dung Quat Oil Refinery as well as exploring the possibility of investment in BSR and NCMR project of the Plant, supporting oil and gas service companies to enter the UAE market.
