At the meeting with Mr. Tsybulsky, on behalf of Petrovietnam’s leaders, Mr. Phan Ngoc Trung congratulated the Governor and people of the Autonomous Area on the 90th anniversary of founding, and thanked the Leader of the Autonomous Area for support to Rusvietpetro’s oil production project. Petrovietnam pledged to work closely with Zarubezhneft in implementing projects effectively, safely, protecting the environment and contributing social security to the locality. At the same time, the Group wishes to continue receiving support from the Leader of the Autonomous Area in seeking to expand Rusvietpetro’s operating area, with an aim to make optimal use of available infrastructure of the Joint Venture. Governor Tsybulsky highly appreciated the cooperation and contribution of Petrovietnam at the Joint Venture, and pledged to continue supporting and working closely with Petrovietnam/ Zarubezhneft as important investors at Nenets.

Also during the business trip, the member of the Board of Directors and the working group paid a visit to the field of Rusvietpetro. At the meeting, the Group's leader highly appreciated Rusvietpetro officials and employees for their efforts in production and operation of the Project, especially in the harsh climatic conditions of the North Pole of the Russian Federation. The Group leader called on the employees, officials, especially the employees of PetroVietnam at the Joint Venture to continue striving to well implement the proposed work plan, find all measures to ensure safety, save costs, further improve project performance and concurrently ensure the rights of the Group at the Joint Venture. The Group's leader once again affirmed that PetroVietnam always worked closely with Zarubezhneft to solve difficulties and provide maximum support for the Joint Venture to implement the Project successfully.
