Vietsovpetro: Commence fabrication of ZWP12 & 15 jackets for Zawtika 1D field development project

On 8th September 2021 morning, at the site of Vietsovpetro Terminal, the Joint Venture of Vietnam - Russia (Vietsovpetro) held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for fabricating 02 jackets of ZWP12 and ZWP15 platforms under Zawtika 1D field development project with the participation of PTTEP Thailand as Investor, PT.Gunanusa (PTG) Indonesia as EPCIC General Contractor and Vietsovpetro as the jacket fabrication contractor.

On 22nd September 2021, in New York City (USA), the ceremony for signing and awarding “Joint-venture agreement to establish and operate Son My LNG Terminal Co., Ltd.” between Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV Gas) and AES (USA) took place. This is one of the activities on the sidelines of the conference, on the occasion of President Nguyen Xuan Phuc’s participation in the high-level meeting of the 76th United Nations General Assembly session.

Fitch Ratings maintains Petrovietnam’s independent credit rating at BB+

On 9th September 2021, Fitch Ratings - the world’s leading credit rating agency confirmed that Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam) has an independent credit rating at BB+, issuer default rating (IDR) at BB with “Positive Outlook”. At the same time, Petrovietnam's unsecured priority debt was rated at BB. This is the third year in a row that Fitch Ratings has rated Petrovietnam’s credit at BB+.
