At the meeting, Mr. Francois Perrodo - Chairman of Perenco Group expressed his pleasure for being received by President and CEO Le Manh Hung and leaders of Petrovietnam. Mr. Francois Perrodo assessed that in the past 10 years, Vietnam has achieved a lot of good achievements, expressed his pleasure to invest in Vietnam and hoped that he would continue to cooperate, open up good relations and a new bright future with partners in Vietnam. “We have full support and hard work, very wide development with an investment of up to $1.3 billion. We always look forward to an abundance of gas reserves and a win-win agreement to come up with investments as soon as possible to increase production”, said Perenco Chairman Francois Perrodo.

At the meeting, PetroVietnam President and CEO Le Manh Hung expressed his pleasure to receive Mr. Francois Perrodo - Chairman of Perenco Group; at the same time, he shared information on Petrovietnam’s business activities and development strategy; affirmed Petrovietnam’s openness to various opportunities, as well as consideration and maximum efforts when “doors open”. Mr. Le Manh Hung also expressed his desire to cooperate with Perenco Group in the next stages, and emphasized Petrovietnam’s ability to respond to difficult situations, offer flexible and long-term solutions to maintain investment and development.
